1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to open an account and use the ezii88 Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your account.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ezii88 operates a strict minimum-age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Accounts confirmed to be held by persons under 21 will be closed and any balance refunded to the originating payment source, net of any bonus amounts received.
• Residency: The platform is principally designed to serve players based in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any formal incapacity, insolvency, or legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement with ezii88 or with any other gambling operator where such exclusion is known to you to extend to ezii88.
• Not an ezii88 employee: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of persons involved in the operation of ezii88 are not eligible to hold a player account.

3 Account Registration

Each player may register and hold only one account on the ezii88 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, different Indonesian mobile numbers, different devices, or different payment instruments — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, a valid Indonesian mobile number (in +62 format), and a working email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ezii88 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified ezii88 in writing that your credentials may have been compromised.
• ezii88 reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, and on an ongoing basis where enhanced due diligence is warranted. Documents accepted for KYC verification include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• ezii88 may request a selfie photograph alongside your identity document to confirm liveness. Submission of falsified or doctored documents is a criminal matter and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ezii88 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ezii88 does not apply a currency conversion markup; the amount you deposit in IDR is the amount credited to your account balance.

Deposits. The following payment channels are accepted for deposits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider — typically within a few minutes for e-wallet channels and within one banking business day for inter-bank transfers.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that channel does not support outgoing transfers, in which case ezii88 support will advise on the appropriate alternative. Withdrawal requests submitted during normal processing hours (07:00–23:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are ordinarily completed within one hour. Requests submitted outside these hours are qued for processing at the start of the next processing window.

• ezii88 charges no processing fees on standard IDR bank transfer or e-wallet withdrawals. Any fees levied by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside ezii88's control and are your sole responsibility.
• A withdrawal request may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification. ezii88 will notify you via your registered contact details if additional documentation is required.
• ezii88 reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal limit and a maximum daily withdrawal limit. Current limits are displayed in your account settings and may be adjusted for VIP players at ezii88's discretion.
• Funds deposited via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to additional verification steps in accordance with card-scheme rules before a withdrawal to a bank account or e-wallet is approved.
• ezii88 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the payment instrument must match the name registered to your ezii88 account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ezii88 offers a range of promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Wagering requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated in the promotion's rollover requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier varies by promotion and is always clearly stated at the point of opt-in.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed, while live casino games, sportsbook bets, and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry of the promotion period.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active wagering requirement is outstanding on your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet amount is stated on each promotion page.
• One bonus per household: Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. ezii88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or reverse bonus-derived winnings if evidence of coordinated bonus abuse is detected.
• ezii88 discretion: ezii88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to apply reasonable eligibility criteria to any promotional offer. Players who are found to have exploited a promotion in bad faith will have the relevant bonus funds and associated winnings removed from their account.

6 Betting Rules

The specific rules governing each betting product — including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all other game categories — are set out in the product-specific rules pages accessible from within the platform. The following general rules apply across all products.

• A bet is accepted and binding only once ezii88 has confirmed acceptance via an on-screen confirmation and the amount has been deducted from your real-money balance. Bets displayed as "pending" are not yet binding.
• ezii88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a manifest error (including but not limited to software errors, pricing feed errors, and clear human error). In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (for sports) or the game's certified random number generator (for casino products) shall be conclusive.
• Live betting odds update in real time. ezii88 cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the moment a player initiates a bet request will remain available by the time the request is processed. Where odds change between initiation and processing, ezii88 will either accept the bet at the new odds or reject it, depending on the player's pre-set odds-change preference.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and vary by product, event, and market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezii88 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or bonus application.
• Registering more than one account on the ezii88 platform, whether for personal use or on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted in writing by ezii88.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any unintended platform vulnerability for financial gain, including systematic arbitrage or matched-betting abuse conducted in bad faith.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the ezii88 platform, including the deposit and withdrawal of funds without genuine intent to use the Services for their stated purpose.
• Coluding with other players — particularly in live poker or live dealer games — to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a legitimate transaction processed through the ezii88 platform with your bank or payment provider without first engaging ezii88 support to resolve the matter.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ezii88 platform — including but not limited to the ezii88 brand name, logo, website design, software code, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ezii88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of ezii88.

9 Privacy & Data

ezii88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory obligations. ezii88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezii88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

ezii88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ezii88 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ezii88 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled outages may occur; ezii88 will use reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.
• ezii88 is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their login credentials, or from unauthorised access to an account where the player has not reported the compromise to ezii88 support promptly.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Suspension & Termination

ezii88 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, or a player's own voluntary self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via the most recently used qualifying payment method, net of any uncleared bonus funds. Where an account is closed due to a breach, ezii88 reserves the right to withold the balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit the balance entirely.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ezii88 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support agent so that the appropriate self-exclusion flag can be applied to prevent re-registration.

12 Amendments

ezii88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ezii88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ezii88 internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable Indonesian law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
